The Department of Software Engineering and Game Development at Kennesaw State University is creating a pool of applicants in anticipation of future openings for part-time faculty to teach courses related to Computing, Software Engineering, or Computer Game Design and Development.

Position Description:

  • Non-Tenure Track, Part-time
  • Area of Specialization for Teaching: Computing, Software Engineering, or Computer Game Design and Development.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Student advising and supervision
  • Working with a diverse community of students and faculty
  • Other qualifications desired, to be considered as an ideal candidate, include: a history of industry/business experience and/or a record of past teaching at an undergraduate level

Minimum degree required is a Master’s degree in Computing and Software Engineering, or its foreign equivalent. Equivalency guidelines are provided in the KSU Faculty Handbook.

Other qualifications include:
18 graduate hours of Software Engineering (or related field) from an accredited university.
