Description: The Office of Academic Assistance and Career Services in the School of Public Health is seeking an Academic Advisor II to be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
Advise and counsel current and prospective students on academic policies and curricular requirements. Assist current senior students in planning their course schedule. Maintains student files.
Conduct information sessions for prospective students, conduct advisement sessions at INCEPT for new students, and participate in undergraduate events on campus.
Audit student records for curriculum, major, and graduation requirements. Act as liaison to the Undergraduate Advisement Center and the Undergraduate Program Director.
Provide reports on undergraduate student retention, progression, and graduation. Evaluate and determine transfer credits.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
