Full-time, tenure track faculty position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. Responsibilities of the position include scholarship, teaching at the pre-doctoral (dental) and graduate-level, and service. Primary teaching responsibilities will lie in the area of physiology. Research focus in the area of oral malignant disease or bone biology is preferred, but applications from candidates working in other areas of molecular and cellular oral biology/pathology are welcome.

 
Minimum Requirements
 

Applicants must hold either a Ph.D. degree in physiology or a related discipline, or M.D., or D.D.S./D.M.D., or a combination of these. Significant postdoctoral experience, a strong record of research accomplishment, and demonstrated potential to develop a vigorous, extramurally-funded, independent research program are expected. For candidates at the associate professor level, there should be evidence of ongoing extramural funding as a principal investigator.
