The Digestive Health Center and GI Division of the Department of Medicine invites applications for faculty positions at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level. Physicians with expertise in ENDOSCOPY, GENERAL GASTROENTEROLOGY AND ADVANCED ENDOSCOPY are requested to apply.

Desired candidates will participate in patient care and teaching, work collaboratively with leadership in expanding the Division into a multi-disciplinary Center; and develop basic, clinical or translational research programs.

Department Marketing Statement

MCG is a thriving academic environment, and qualified candidates will have opportunities to serve as Director of Endoscopy Center.  A 42,000 sq feet brand new state-of-the-art facility with 9 endoscopy and 3 advanced endoscopy suites with fluoroscopy, the DHC offers comprehensive and outstanding facilities and infrastructure for innovative clinical programs. An adjoining 8- room dedicated clinical and translational research center is available for developing and fostering clinical research.  Established Centers and Institutes provide opportunities for collaborative translational and basic research.

Minimum Requirements

Doctorate degree required.  BC IM/GI required.
